Coronavirus Statement
Statement:
As a result of the recent events, Bay Area Mechanical will not only follow all necessary protocols regarding the Coronavirus pandemic, but we will also implement additional procedures to ensure the health and well being of our employees, families, and customers. I have instructed all employees to clean and sanitize tools and equipment. We will also go above and beyond the requirements pertaining to exercising proper hygiene practices to ensure a sterile environment. I also have asked all employees who feel ill to remain home until flu like symptoms disappear. Our customers are asked to report any flu like symptoms to us prior to entering your residence or establishment, so we can use extra precautions. As some of you know, our marketing manager and special projects coordinator Carissa Crosby, a 14 year employee with Bay Area, is expecting her first child at the end of the month. She will be allowed to work from home up to the birth of her son, Camden. So I ask for your patience regarding marketing issues or project matters that may arise. To our employees and their families, we will institute a liberal leave policy to allow employees to accommodate their children, and elderly family members during the two weeks the schools are closed. To our customers that are getting additional services like hepa filters, unit disinfection procedures, or UV lights, please be patient, we are doing our best to complete these tasks. I want to thank everyone that has supported us for so many years, know that we are here for you as well. Stay healthy and safe.
Sincerely,
Tony Decker
President of Bay Area Mechanical Services, Inc.
