Tony Decker, President/Owner of Bay Area Mechanical, decided to start his own company when he noticed that customer service was lacking in the HVAC industry. He felt that quality workmanship could still be done at a fair price. He started out with just himself, and ran the business out of his home. He took care of all the service calls, installations and administration. Bay Area has since grown to now having over 25 employees.
